MIMAH Engineering

Brand identity, custom CMS, and AI-driven content operations for an institutional engineering firm

//  The Challenge

A full digital foundation for an institutional engineering firm — brand identity, custom CMS platform, and automated content operations

MIMAH Engineering operates at institutional scale. Their clients include UNDP, the World Bank, Ascent, and government-level energy and infrastructure programmes across energy, industrial engineering, maintenance, and solar.

The brief covered the full scope: brand identity and market positioning built from scratch, a self-hosted website on a custom CMS platform, a Google presence established at launch, and the content systems to keep everything running — without requiring technical involvement from the firm's team for every update.

//  Results

Brand live. Google Business Profile verified. Website updated by WhatsApp. Engineering articles researched, structured, and published by an AI agent.

SEO, content automation, and platform operations — running continuously

We delivered MIMAH's brand identity, design system, and custom CMS website — consistent with the firm's institutional standing. MIMAH is live on Google with a verified Business Profile and ranking for target queries through ongoing technical SEO. The team adds and updates portfolio projects by sending a WhatsApp message — no CMS login, no developer required. A multi-step AI research agent produces structured, referenced engineering articles built directly against MIMAH's Payload CMS schema, with citations, data tables, and purpose-built regulatory callout blocks included.

//  Our Approach

We worked with MIMAH to establish their brand identity, build a self-hosted Payload CMS website, and add an AI content layer on top.

Positioning came first. MIMAH's market — energy, industrial engineering, solar, international institutional clients — required clarity on tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity before any design work began.

Brand identity. Logo, colour system, typography, and asset library — built to communicate the firm's standing in sectors where credibility is established before a meeting takes place.

Design system. A scalable component library and visual language, consistent across the website, presentations, and future materials.

Custom CMS website. Built on Payload CMS, self-hosted on our own infrastructure. No third-party platform, no licence fee, full ownership.

DevOps and hosting. We manage MIMAH's servers, deployments, and platform updates end to end — the firm's team never needs to think about infrastructure.

Google setup and technical SEO. Google Business Profile verified and optimised at launch. Technical SEO built into the site structure from day one. Ongoing SEO runs continuously with content updates, schema markup, and performance monitoring.

//  The Solution

Content management by WhatsApp. Research-grade articles written, structured, and published by an AI agent — directly into MIMAH's Payload schema.

We built the automation layer on top of MIMAH's Payload platform after launch.

WhatsApp-based content management. The team adds, updates, or removes portfolio projects by sending a message. An AI agent processes the instruction and updates the website directly — no login, no CMS interface, no developer in the loop. The website stays current without the overhead of a traditional content workflow.

AI research and blog production. A multi-step agent handles the full article pipeline: researching the topic, referencing sources, and producing a structured article in MIMAH's Payload schema. The output uses the platform's custom block set — headings, data tables, bullet-point summaries, and purpose-built callout blocks for warnings, cautions, and regulatory disclosures. The result is a fully structured, schema-compliant document ready to publish.

Content production that runs continuously, at a standard that reflects MIMAH's institutional market.
